President of the Board / CEO

Renata Kinde-Czyż is a graduate of both the university of Gdańsk and the university of Oslo. She has been involved in the commercial real estate market for 18 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a licensed property manager. She began her career in the METRO Group in 1997 as Regional Director, she then became the Director of Shopping Centers.

In 2005 she was appointed to the position of Member of the Management Board. From March 2012 onward, she has been the President of the Management Board of METRO PROPERTIES.

As a Board Member and one of the founders of the Polish Council of Shopping Centers, she has a significant impact in shaping the Polish commercial real estate market. She actively promotes modern international management standards - both in terms of sustainability and standardization of the management processes of Shopping Centers.

She is passionate about skiing, swimming and science-fiction literature. She is married and has two children.

Piotr Skoneczny

Piotr Skoneczny became the Cost Accounting Department manager in 1998. He later assumed the position of Director of the Asset Management Department. He has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over twenty years. Before joining METRO PROPERTIES, he worked for Amoco Poland Petroleum Products, where he was responsible for planning the network of fuel stations in Poland.

He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university and he is also a licensed property manager. He has been responsible for a variety of successful projects such as the development of a fuel station network, development projects at M1 Shopping Centers and the Active Distribution Centers for Makro. He is fluent in both English and German.
