M1 in Poland

M1 Shopping Centers are one-stop shopping facilities incorporating both large-area and retail stores and services. The very first M1 Shopping Center was opened in 1997 and today there are a total of 9 facilities in our network covering central and southern Poland (Bytom, Czeladź, Częstochowa, Cracow, Łódź, Marki, Poznań, Radom and Zabrze). The centers are systematically modernized and expanded to keep up with modern demands. They are fully equipped with up to date facilities that cater for people with disabilities, breastfeeding mothers and parents with young children.

Many of the M1 Shopping Centers have a specific zone known as Children’s Land, aimed at children and designed to keep them active and happy while their parents shop. These are specially prepared places featuring activities such as ball pits, video games and climbing walls among other attractions. Parents then have the opportunity to organize their child's birthday party or other occasional events at one of these zones. Children's Land is a free "kindergarten" where parents can drop off their children with peace of mind that they will be supervised by dedicated professionals.
